I work with farms to implement improvements, train staff and support ongoing development where required.
A typical visit may include:
Observation of full milking routine
Discussion of current herd and farm systems

Written report with recommendations
Staff training where required
Development of simple Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
Optional follow-up visit to review progress
Discussion of practical changes that can be implemented immediately
