Our aim is not to simply deliver report and leave.

We work with farms to implement improvements, train staff and support ongoing development where required.

A typical visit may include:

• Observation of full milking routine

• Discussion of current herd and farm systems

• Identification of bottlenecks

• Written report with recommendations

• Staff training where required

• Development of simple Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)

• Optional follow-up visit to review progress

• Discussion of practical changes that can be implemented immediately

Continued support following the initial visit is available for farms that wish to implement changes over time.

This may include follow-up visits, staff training, system reviews and assistance with expansion planning.
